Kraiburg WingFlex Mats

The profile element (wing and supporting stud) create an extremely stable, wear resistant and flexible mat. WINGFLEX adjusts easily to the lying cow while also providing her the firmness she needs when getting up and lying down. Sealing lips around the outside edge completely surround the mat and prevent dirt and bedding from getting underneath.

Kraiburg KEW Plus Mats

KEW Plus' three functional layers create approximately 2.5" of lying comfort. Sealing lips around the outside edge completely surround the foam inlay and the lower mat preventing dirt and bedding from making its way underneath. KEW Plus adjusts to every load condition while supporting correct resting position of the cow.

Kraiburg KIM Mats

KIM stall mat rolls are specifically designed for use in heifer stalls. The air cushion profile comfortably supports the weight of young cows allowing heifers to be comfortable while lying or getting up.

Kraiburg KKM Mats

KKM is available in four different mat types: individual stall mats with puzzled edges that quickly interlock together, individual stall mats with straight edges that are simply laid side by side, individual stall mats with a straight edge that must be joined with a connector bar (recommended if you use fine bedding), or you can install a 65.5' continuous stall mat roll that can be installed independent of divider arrangements. The type of mat you use is completely your preference as all four types are designed with the same unique honeycomb underside to ensure excellent lying softness.

Kraiburg maxiBOX Mats

The KRAIBURG maxiBOX solves the problems of the classic deep bedded stall. Consistently good comfort in deep bedded stalls is not always easy to attain and is especially hard to maintain. The classic deep bedded stall has to contend with several problems which have negative effects on cow comfort. Therefore, we focused our efforts on this subject and have developed a deep bedded comfort system, the KRAIBURG maxiBOX.

Kraiburg Soft Bed LongLine Mats

Three-component system is composed of KE LongLine 86' 1" rubber roll, 1" or 2" thick foam underlay and sealing strips running along front and rear edge.

  • Maintenance Tip: Moisture in the lying area, among other things, plays a major role in the development of skin diseases. To enhance animal comfort, spread a small amount of litter on the mats, especially in the rear part.

Kraiburg CALMA / SIESTA Mats

CALMA and SIESTA mats are specially designed for special needs areas, calving pens and heifer stalls. Both types of mats share the same air-cushion-like lower side to create a dimensionally stable, durable and slip resistant mat. CALMA mats are puzzle cut on three sides to fit into heifer stalls. The rear edge is then chamfered so there is no stumbling edge. SIESTA differs in that all 4 edges are puzzle cut to they can be interlocked together and can completely cover any special needs areas.

Promat Pasture Mat Floor Mats-Stalls

A comfortable cow is more likely to be healthy, productive and free of the stress caused by continuous discomfort.

Pasture Mat provides a stall surface that is resilient - matching natural turfgrass - without the bounce or sponginess of artificial materials. It provides a firm footing for your cows with no pillowing inwards and is an ideal surface for bedding materials such as chopped straw, wood shavings or sawdust.
